How to Make Chatpati Kaleji ?


Ingredients:
- Red Chilies: as much you like
- Crushed Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 piece
- All Spice Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Mutton Liver: 1/2 kg
- Ginger Garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Green Chilies: 4 to 6 pcs
- Green Coriander: 1 tablespoon
- Green Onions: 4 to 6 pcs
- Oil: 3 to 4 tablespoons
- Salt: as per taste
Method:
- First chop garlic,ginger, green chilies, green onions and oil in a food chopper.
- Marinate liver with yogurt, salt, all spice powder and crushed red pepper and store in refrigerator for half hour.
- Now cook liver in a frying pan on high heat (covered).
- Delicious chatpati kaleji is ready to serve.
- Transfer in a bowl, sprinkle finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Serve hot with naan , rotti or rice.
