How to Make Chatpati Kaleji ?



Chatt Patti Kaleji is the famous dish in all over the Pakistan. In Pakisan People like this dish.Especially  this dish mostly cooked in the day of Eid-ul-Adha. Also In common days people bring kaleji to home to cook it.Ther is Chatt patti kaleji Step by Step.

















Ingredients:


  • Red Chilies: as much you like
  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice: 1 piece
  • All Spice Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Mutton Liver: 1/2 kg
  • Ginger Garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilies: 4 to 6 pcs
  • Green Coriander: 1 tablespoon
  • Green Onions: 4 to 6 pcs
  • Oil: 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • Salt: as per taste


Method:

  1. First chop garlic,ginger,  green chilies,  green onions and oil in a food chopper.
     
  2. Marinate liver with yogurt, salt, all spice powder and crushed red pepper and store in refrigerator for half hour.
     
  3. Now cook liver in a frying pan on high heat (covered).
     
  4. Delicious chatpati kaleji is ready to serve.
     
  5. Transfer in a bowl, sprinkle finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice and black pepper. 
     
  6. Serve hot with naan , rotti or rice.
