Crispy Beijing Beef Recipe

Crispy Beijing Beef Recipe is traditional recipes it has a good taste . it is very easy to make at home.




Ingredients:

White pepper ½ tsp 
SAUCE: 
Water 4 tbsp 
Sugar tbsp 
Ketchup 3 tbsp 
Vinegar 2 tbsp 
Chilli pepper 1 tsp 
Garlic minced 1 tsp 
Carrot ¼ cup thinly slIce
Green bell pepper 1 thinly slIce
Onion 1 thinly slIced
Sirloin , cut against the grain into ¼ inch slIces in to strips 8 oz 
Corn starch 6 tbsp 
Oil for frying 
MARINADE: 
Egg 1 
Salt ¼ tsp 
Water 2 tbsp 
Cornstarch 1 tbsp 

Method:

Prepare the marinade in a bowl and mix well. marinade the beef and leave for 15 minutes. 
In the separate bowl mix all the sauces ingredients , set aside. 
Place corn starch in a bowl, toss marinated beef in corn starch, coat well and set aside. 
Heat up enough oil . corn beef slice with corn starch again . drop in the beef slices and deep fry for 1-2 minute or until light golden brown. 
In a wok heat up the oil ,stir fry garlic , onion , bell pepper. Add Beijing sauce and bring to simmer. 
Toss in the deep fried beef and stir 
Dish out and serve with rice.
